Qatch at the 4th Sports and Innovation International Conference

Qatch

Qatch was both an exhibitor and a speaker at the three-day conference, which attracted more than 400 participants from 10 countries, including famous Olympians and sports leaders.

On the first day, 15 September 2021, Axel Binnenbrunk from the University of Münster gave a lecture on the status and future of qatch in Germany in the framework of the Innovative Sports session at the University of Physical Education in Budapest. The lecture attracted the interest of many, including Olympic champion swimmer Ágnes Kovács.

The second and third day was hosted by the National Academy of Handball in Balatonboglár, where numerous fascinating presentations and roundtable discussions were held. During the breaks between the presentations, all five games, including qatch, were demonstrated by sport instructors. After the demonstrations, the athletes of the National Academy of Handball took over the Teq table and played all day. The young handball players quickly got the hang of qatch and clearly enjoyed the game.
